Riad Mayfez is a historic monument in the medina of Fès, with a garden and a pool. The setting was exceptional. To rise to its full potential, the team and the guest experience needed structure.
What I Saw
The beauty was already there. What would make the difference was the people running the property, and the standards guiding them every day.

Riad Mayfez Suites & Spa has just earned its first Michelin Key, one of the highest distinctions a hotel can receive.

What We Did
I helped recruit the manager, then coached him in his role. I redefined the SOPs, reworked the spa experience and rewrote the property’s storytelling.
